| 16 ga/6.5x57R; 70% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 23 11/16'' barrel, Manufactured in Germany, dated 1960. Original blue finish barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in checkered walnut. 2 3/4 inch chamber shotgun barrels with Full and Improved Modified chokes. Features a boxlock action with a Greener style crossbolt, top mounted cocking indicators, extractors, double triggers, Greener style side safety, latch release forearm and a full grip stock with cheekrest and a 15 inch LOP with a vented recoil pad fitted. The barrels are fitted with double claw mounts with a 3 5/8 inch spread between the centers of the slots. The finish on the barrels shows wear and thinning, especially on the sides above the forearm. The frame retains some fading case color. The wood has some small dings and scuffs. Mechanically fine with tight barrel lockup. The bores are a bit dirty but should clean to excellent condition.
