BORE: Bright finish, Strong riflings (Measured on 10/10/12 - 7.53 bore at muzzle), Light pitting on first 1/2 inch at muzzle. SIGHTS: FRONT- Blade/Draft, "Bolt-on" Globe sight. REAR- Tangent leaf adjustable to 1,500m, w/K31 Diopter. RECEIVER: Blued, Import marked below rear sight left-side "PW ARMS REDMOND WA/K31 7.5 X 55 MM/EW BERN/SWITZERLAND. "SN, 664, Proof test passed, P, Waffenfabrik Bern Inspection mark, shooting test passed mark, 166, Swiss Crest. BOLT: Bright, Blued operating rod, Stamped w/Matching "SN", "+", "SM2 +", "WC44". STOCK: Good condition, Stamp on the buttstock (shield +), Covered in Misc. dents, dings, scratches, a few chips (most are at barrel end, top hand guard). SLING: Leather, Dark brown, stamped with "Shield +", Some cracking on loop ends, Aluminum button. Also includes: Maintenance log, 1918 Bayonet w/scabbard, Bayonet frog, K31 Cleaning kit, Leather bandolier ammo pouch (5 Stripper clips, 1 Stripper Clip w/Dummy rounds), Allen rifle case, Muzzle cap, Leather front sight cover, Diopter screwdriver, Lee Shaver's all aperture card small Lyman, Swiss Military ammo bag, Swiss field maintenance kit and 7 Extra Stripper clips "loose".
