| 8mm Mauser; 95% blue, very good bore, excellent stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured by Waffen Werke Brunn, late kriegsmodel K98 with original blued finish, phosphate small parts and bolt, rough finished laminated stock and handguard. Matching bolt, other parts are not numbered. Stamped on top of the receiver ring "Mod.98" and with the code "swp45". Right side of the receiver ring is stamped with two eagle/63 proofs. Top of the barrel chamber is stamped with an eagle/63 proof. Left side of barrel and receiver ring stamped with eagle/swaz military acceptance marks. Late features, stamped steel fixed rear sight, stamped steel bands. Stamped steel trigger guard and floorplate, trigger guard marked with the code "qnw" and floorplate with the code "byf". No provision for a cleaning rod. Leather ersatz sling attached. Mechanically fine. No import marks. C&R/FFL, s/n 767xxa |
