| 303 British; 85% blue, very good bore, good stock, 25.25'' barrel, Grenade launching rifle manufactured in India, marked on the right side of the buttsocket "Crown/G.R.I./1949/No1 Mk3*". Original blued finish and hardwood stock. Matching bolt, rear sight, magazine and nosecap. This rifle has been set up for grenade launching with the bolt re-inforced forend and soldered copper wire wrap. A British Burns 2 1/2 inch grenade discharger cup is attached to the nosecap, which is marked "S&B/NPFL/RCC" and broad arrow proofed. Older Springfield Sporters import marked on the left receiver. Shows some wear and handling but is overall a solid rifle with a decent bore. Includes the attached original web sling., s/n 643xxK |
