| Lot of three (3) buttstocks for Lee-Enfield .303 rifles. Includes two for the No.4 series rifles, 1-Long Branch birch stock marked with the Canadian broad arrow C on the grip and B/32, N stamped on the heel for "NORMAL" length, 12.5 inches, no metal, unissued condition. 1-British walnut stock,, normal length,, 12.5 inches, 13.25 inch OAL, stamped on the grip with broad arrow proof and J.C./N22, unissued condition. One No.1 series Lee-Enfield stock, Australian coachwood SLAZ/53 stamped on grip, L marked for "LONG", 13 inches with 13.75 inch OAL, no metal, shows signs of some fitting around the socket area, natural blemish on right side, appears someone tried to clean that up, saveable stock in unissued condition sans the fitting and sanding work. |
