| 12 Gauge; 90% blue, good bore, fair stock, 28'' barrel, Manufactured in England circa 1920. Original blue finish barrels, casehardened frame, mounted in checkered walnut. 2 1/2 inch chambers with Full and Improved Cylinder chokes. Smooth rib with single silver bead front sight. Boxlock action with Greener style crossbolt, extractor, double triggers, pressure release forearm with ebony tip, straight grip stock with a 15 inch LOP, the original bone buttplate present. Used, the barrels have scattered light surface rust spotting. The wood shows wear and handling, the stock has issues with cracks running forward on both sides from the end of the upper tang, a crack on the left side at the lower tang, a hairline crack on the toe and the buttplate has some edge chipping. A bolt with ferrules has been run thru the flats behind the frame, the stock is still a bit loose. Mechanically fine with tight barrel lockup. There is some roughness in the bores.
