| 25 RF; 85% blue, good bore, very good stock, 24'' barrel, Manufactured c.1913. Chambered for .25 Rimfire. Round barrel. Original blued finish and plain walnut stock with crescent butt. Original fixed front and elevation adjustable rear sights. Metal finish has areas of thinning which is even overall. Stamped on top of the barrel in two lines with the Marlin address and patent dates 1890, 1892, 1897 and 1904. Stamped on top of the receiver tang "MARLIN / No 27-S". Mechanically in fine condition. The bore is bright with sharp rifling, shows scattered light corrosion throughout. |
