| 9mm Luger; 98% blue, excellent bore, excellent grips, 7 7/8'' barrel, Example of post WW2 assembly at the Mauser factory while under French occupation. Original blue finish and checkered walnut grips. Numbered parts are matching (except the rear sight assembly) including the blued extruded variation magazine with pinned aluminum base. The magazine has no proof or code markings. The barrel is not numbered or proofed, the sight assembly used from surplus artillery model parts. The top of the toggle is stamped with a 7-line Mauser banner. Blank chamber. Commercial eagle/N proof on left side of receiver. No other proofs found. The left sideframe is stamped "P.08". Mechanically fine and clean, the metal finish showing only minor high point wear. The bore shows no wear with sharp rifling. C&R/FFL, s/n 8xx, Catalog Number AR-21 |
