| 9x19mm; 96% blue, very good bore, very good grips, 4'' barrel, Luftwaffe issue with original blued finish and checkered walnut grips. Numbered parts are matching including both magazines. Grips are numbered with the full 4 digits. Hold open and barrel are not numbered, which is proper on many of these Ku pistols. Stamped on top of the toggle with the Mauser code "byf" and over the chamber with the date code "41". The right side of the receiver is stamped with the Luftwaffe proof. The left side of the barrel is stamped with a Luftwaffe proof and an eagle/135 Mauser proof. Left side of the breechbolt stamped with the Luftwaffe proof as well. P.08 marked left sideframe. Blued extruded magazine with pinned aluminum base with the serial number and Luftwaffe proof at the tail. Metal finish shows fairly light high poiint wear. Most finish loss is from thinning on the rear grip strap. Scattered light handling scratches. Mechanically fine. Rig, includes a black oiled leather holster in good condition. Marked on the reverse "bml/41" over an eagle/WaA proof. P08 embossed at the upper rear corner with a small P.08 stamped over. Inside the holster is the extra matching magazine with + mark and Luftwaffe proof at the tail of the base. And an eagle/63 proofed takedown tool., s/n 26xx, Catalog Number M-615 |
