| 9x19mm; 85% blue, good bore, very good grips, 4'' barrel, Manufactured in 1934. Original blued finish, strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. All matching except the magazine. The grips are not numbered, the right panel unmarked. The left panel stamped with stick eagle/63 proof and 42 ordnance replacement mark. Magazine is a proper variant, sheet steel with aluminum base, serial numbered 634a/+ with a B/90 proof. Center toggle is stamped with the gothic S/42 Mauser code. "K" (1934) date code on top of the chamber. The right side of the receiver is stamped with B/90 and S/91 proofs, followed by a droop eagle military acceptance mark. B/90 proof over the left side of the barrel. Matching small parts are marked with the scriptic S. The metal finish has faded with age, with wear on high point and edges. Thin finish on the grip frame straps. Some minor spotting around the muzzle ring and high points on the toggle housing. Overall a better than average K date, most of these saw heavy use during WW2., s/n 75xx, Catalog Number M-135 |
