| 9X19 MM; 95% blue, 75% straw, good bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, Rig. Original strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. The blued metal finish is original however the grip frame straps have been professionally touched up. Matching serial numbers including grips. Both magazines are matching and properly proofed, however we believe they have been professionally renumbered and proofed. Niether magazine has the early Haenel mark on the spine near the base as well. All parts that should have are stamped with the gothic S marking. Stamped on top of the chamber with the date code "K" (1934). Stamped on top of the toggle with gothic "S/42". Stamped on the right side of the receiver with a gothic S over two O/37 proofs and a droop eagle military test proof. An additional test proof is located sideways on the right side of the barrel. Another O/37 proof appears over the left side of the barrel. The metal finish is showing fairly moderate high point and sharp edge wear. There is some minor spotting visible on the strawed small parts. Includes an original black dyed leather holster, marked on the front "LEDERWERKE / KARL ACKVA A.G. / DAD KREUZNACH / 1934" with a droop eagle/WaA136 proof, in very good condition. Inside the small pouch under the flap is an original gothic S marked O/37 proofed takedown tool. Has the additional flap for securing a cleaning rod, not included. The extra magazine has the "+" mark indicating the extra. With the exception of the questionable touch up work on the grip frame and the suspected redone magazine markings, this is a nice early rig., s/n 10xx, Catalog Number M-732 |
