| 9mm; 90% blue, very good bore, very good+ grips, 4'' barrel, Very early 1939 production 1st variation pistol with plum color cartridge extractor and ejector. The grips show slight wear with smoothed point on the checkering and 1 tiny chip on left grip panel (does not detract). All matching numbers pistol except proper type 2 military magazine #3295s with E/63 proof on the base. The 4" barrel bore is very good and clean, showing some light wear to the rifling. Standard markings and proofs otherwise the right side of the receiver is stamped with two stick eagle/63 proofs and a droop eagle military acceptance mark. The metal finish show edge and high point wear to the expected areas, with most finish loss on the take down plate bump out. Mechanically fine pistol. Rig includes the original brown leather holster marked "A. FISCHER/GUTTSTADT/1939" and E/WaA101 proofed. The holster is in very good condition with original stitching intact and E/63 takedown tool., s/n 64xxn, Catalog Number B-624 |
