| 8mm; 95% blue, fair bore, fair grips, 4.75'' barrel, Scarce pre-War 1904 Model Large "Papa" Nambu pistol. Produced by the Tokyo Gas and Electric Company under Navy contract, with the "GTE" marking on the chamber, an anchor proof on the right side of the frame next to the model markings and serial number and a pair of Kanji markings on the left side. Fitted with fixed front and tangent rear sights, knurled cocking knob, grip safety on the front strap, lanyard swivel, checkered contoured grips with red paint markings and a nickel magazine with checkered aluminum base. The metal finish has pitting on the rear grip strap and on the right side of the receiver.. It has slight muzzle and high edge wear, The grips are worm and the left grip is missing part of the right rear side of the grip. The bore is fair and the action works. Included is an original type Japanese holster, that has a cleaning rod. The leather condition is worn, and the stitching is intact.
