| 6.5x55mm; 98% blue, very good+ bore, good stock, 24'' barrel, This is a post-war Norwegian assembly rifle with nazi proofed receiver, eagle/WaA84 on the right side of the receiver ring. Original blued finish, beechwood stock and handguard. Non-matching bolt. Fixed inverted V front sight with hood. Tangent rear sight, and fitted with a fully adjustable rear peep sight mounted on the right side of the receiver. These rifles were assembled from left over parts after WW2 and intended for sale to civilians, with under 2000 being manufactured. The finish has light wear with light scattered freckling. Stock has a couple of grain cracks on the right side, patch work on both sides behind rear band. The bore is gray with excellent rifling. |
