| 9mm Luger; 98% blue, 95% straw, good bore, very good grips, 4'' barrel, Original blue finish, strawed small parts and matching number fine checkered walnut grips. Matching exept the magazine, which is a proper variation sheet steel wood bottom, serial numbered 9461/+ in excellent condition. No hold open or stock lug, proper for early production. DWM monogram on top of toggle, 1913 date on top of the chamber. Right side of receiver with standard Imperial proofing and military acceptance mark. The metal finish shows minor-light high point edge wear. The fire blued small parts, toggle pins, sear spring retain 95% of the finish. Grips have some light compression to some of the points on the checkering. A very clean example of an untouched early Military issue P.08 pistol. Mechanically excellent and clean internally. The bore shows evidence of neglect from corrosive ammunition of the period, no extreme wear to the rifling. C&R/FFL, s/n 36xx, Catalog Number D-168 |
