| 9mm; 85% blue, 40% straw, Fair bore, Good grips, 4'' barrel, DWM POLICE P.08 WITH A CHAMBER DATE OF 1921. THE BLUING SHOWS LIGHT HIGH EDGE WEAR AND WITH LIGHT FADING OVERALL. ALL GRIPS ARE UNNUMBERED IN GOOD CONDITION. THE BORE IS FAIR WITH MILD CORROSION THOUGHOUT. ALL NUMBERS ARE MATCHING WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE UNNUMBERED WOOD BOTTOM MAGAZINE. THE PISTOL IS FITTED WITH THE POLICE SEAR SAFETY BUT ALSO HAS A DEACTIVATED MAGAZINE SAFETY HENCE THE CUT YOU SEE ON THE LEFT FRAME ABOVE THE GRIP. THE FRONT STAP BEARS THE POLICE MARKING (S.W.I. 1195) DENOTING THIS LUGER WAS ISSUED TO THE FRANKFURT DISTRICT. THIS S.W.I. MARKING IS NOTED ON PAGES 127/128 OF L.
