| 8mm Mauser; 75% blue, good bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Berlin Postal Office marked. Original blue finish and walnut finger grooved stock with takedown ring, circled "Ch.d.A." stamped on left side. Top of receiver ring stamped with an eight line Mauser banner logo over date 1934. Commercial crown/BUG proofed. Left receiver wall stamped "MAUSER-WERKE A.-G. OBERNDORF A.N.". The bolt is proper however non-matching. The bolt components match themselves with crown/BUG proofs on the handle shank. Non-matching handguard. The remainder of the numbered parts are matching. Original cleaning rod and cross hatched leather sling. The sling has no legilble markings. No import marks. The bore has strong rifling with frost throughout. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 861xx |
