| 9mm Luger; 90% blue, 30% straw, good bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, Original blue finish, strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. Matching except the magazine and left grip panel whichis not numbered. The magazine is the proper variation, numbered 4950i with a droop wing eagle/63 proof. Stamped on top of the toggle with the Mauser code S/42 and on top of the chamber with the date code G (1935). The right side of the receiver is stamped with two droop wing eagle/63 proofs and a droop wing eagle military acceptance mark. Other droop wing eagle acceptance marks appear on the right side of the barrel and left side of the breechbolt. A small droop wing eagle/63 proof is located over the left side of the barrel. The metal finish shows some edge and high point holster wear, with scattered areas of minor surface spotting. The finish on the grip frame straps has turned slightly dull. The grips show some light wear and handling. Mechanically fine. The bore has sharp rifling, showing some minor pitting and light frost throughout. C&R/FFL, s/n 15xxe, Catalog Number M-65 |
