| 9mm Luger; 80% blue, 40% straw, excellent bore, very good grips, 4.75'' barrel, Original blued finish, strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. Numbered parts are matching except the grips, both of which are numbered "41" with nazi eagle/655 proofs. Marked along the top of the barrel "ABERCROMBIE & FITCH CO NEW YORK MADE IN SWITZERLAND". Stamped on top of the toggle with the DWM monogram and on top of the chamber with the Swiss Cross in Sunburst crest. The barrel is serial numbered along the bottom with the full number. Left side of receiver with the full number. The bottom receiver lug is numbered "75". Unproofed except for a crown/N proof on the left side of the breechbolt. Commercial Swiss disc bottom magazine, missing the metal disc on the left side of the base. The metal finish shows some high point holster wear, most loss on the upper half of the barrel. There is some minor spotting on the right side edge of the toggle housing, and some pitting on the bottom of the muzzle ring. Mechanically fine. Includes an original Abercrombie & Fitch leather full flap holster in good conditon, has been oiled and there is a small hole on the front of the tip. Also an original period leather triple magazine belt pouch with Lift-the-Dot fasteners, not legibly marked, has been oiled, in good condition. C&R/FFL, s/n 24xxi, Catalog Number SW-110 |
