| 30-06 SPRG; very good+ bore, excellent stock, 24'' barrel, High number Rock Island receiver assembled at Springfield, with an SA 2-27 barrel. Dark parkerized finish receiver. Walnut scant C two lug stock with sharp San Antonio arsenal rebuild stamp on the right side, boxed "C-S.A.A.". Boxed P firing proof on the bottom of the grip. A Lyman red beaded front sight blade is installed, with the standard ladder rear sight. Bolt body is stamped on the shank with a single punch dot and number "2". Shroud marked B.P., safety and bolt catch are R marked. Post war MRT marked M1 web sling. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Muzzle+.301. There is some minor corrosion visible in the grooves., s/n 4046xx |
