| 12 Gauge; 75% blue, very good bore, poor stock, 28.5'' barrel, SAUER MODEL 8 SXS SHOTGUN IN 12 GAUGE WITH 2 5/8" CHAMBERS MADE IN AUGUST 1939 WITH STOCK ISSUES. THE BUTTSTOCK IS MISSING A 2 1/2" PIECE OF WOOD ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TANG. THE BLUING ON THE BARRELS SHOWS MODERATE WEAR NEAR THE BREECH ALONG WITH DULLING OVERALL. THE RECEIVER RETAINS JUST REMNANTS OF ITS CASE COLORS. THE VERY GOOD BORES ARE BRIGHT SHOWING LIGHT WEAR CHOKED FULL/FULL. THE ACTION HAS A GREENER CROSSBOLT WITH DUAL TRIGGERS AND EXTRACTORS. THE CHECKERED WALNUT BUTTSTOCK BESIDES THE ABOVE MENTIONED FEFECTS IS ALSO HEAVILY WORN AND MISSING IT BUTTPLATE. THE FOREARM IS SOLID SHOWING HEAVY WEAR. IMPORT MARKED. |
