| 303 Savage; 35% blue, fair bore, excellent stock, 26'' barrel, EARLY SAVAGE MODEL 1899 LEVER ACTION RIFLE CHAMBERED IN 303 SAVAGE IN FAIR CONDITION. THIS EARLY MODEL HAS THE OBLONG COCKING INDICATOR ON THE TOP OF THE BOLT. THE BLUING ON THE RECEIVER IS MOSTLY GONE WITH JUST REMNANTS REMAINING. THE BLUING ON THE BARREL SHOWS HEAVY WEAR AND FINISH LOSS WITH APPROX 35% REMAINING. THE BORE IS HEAVILYWORN WITH FAIR RIFLING. THE SMOOTH WALNUT BUTTSTOCK IS EXCELLENT AND LIKELY A REPLACEMENT. THE FOREARM SHOWS NUMEROUS LIGHT DINGS AND SCRATCHES. IMPORT MARKED. |
