| 12 Gauge; 70% blue, good bore, good stock, 29.5'' barrel, Pre WW2 manufacture in Germany. Original blue finish, mounted in checkered walnut. 2 9/16 inch chambers with Full and Extra Full chokes. Boxlock action with crossbolt and top mounted cocking indicators, auto-ejectors, double triggers, latch release forearm, full grip stock with cheekrest and a 14 inch LOP, original checkered buttplate present. Engraved on top of the right barrel "NIMROD-GEWEHR-FABRIK" and on top of the left barrel "THIEME & SCHLEGELMILCH, SUHL". Used with finish wear and handling marks. The stock has minor grain cracks on both flats behind the frame and an old nicely done repair to a chip at the toe. Mechanically fine with tight lockup, however the safety does not automatically reset and will need attention. The bores are dirty. C&R/FFL, s/n 383xx |
