| 9x19mm; 96% blue, 80% straw, very good bore, very good grips, 4'' barrel, Original blued finish, strawed small parts and matching number checkered walnut grips. Pistol is all matching except the magazine. The magazine is the proper variation with aluminum base, serial numbered 4926/+, with Simson eagle/6 proofs at the front and rear of the base and low on spine. All parts on the pistol have the eagle/6 proof including the grip screws. The top of the toggle is stamped "SIMSON & CO/SUHL". Blank chamber. The right side of the receiver is stamped with a series of three eagle/6 proofs, eagle/33 proof and the military acceptance mark. Barrel is stamped over the right side with the acceptance mark, and with two eagle/6 proofs over the left side. The metal finish shows light edge wear. The sideplate has faded finish on the hump. The bore is bright with strong rifling., s/n 43xx, Catalog Number SS-10 |
