| 45 ACP; 95% blue, very good+ bore, very good grips, 5.5'' barrel, Original blued finish, with checkered walnut diamond grips having flat S&W silver medallions. 5-screw frame, rounded topstrap with U sight notch. Fixed front blade. Matching serial number barrel and cylinder. The grips are not matching, numbered to an earlier revolver. Right frame plate is stamped with the Brazilian crest over 1937 date. "MADE IN U.S.A." stamped at the right front frame. Left frame stamped with the S&W Trade Mark logo. Lanyard ring on grip butt. Navy Arms import marked on the frame under the left grip panel. Metal finish shows some edge wear and handling scratches. Turn line on the cylinder. Bore is bright and sharp with a bit of frost in the grooves. Mechanically fine., s/n 2084xx |
