| 32 Rimfire; fair bore, good grips, 3.5'' barrel, Manufactured circa 1868-1875. Traces of the original bright blue finish remain, however most of the finish has worn away. Original rosewood grips. 5-shot cylinder with a spur trigger. Clear original markings on top of the barrel with the S&W address and patent dates 1855, 1859 and 1865. There is light pitting on the barrel and cylinder and spotting on the frame. Mechanically fine with a good action. Barrel lockup is a bit loose with side to side play. The bore has strong rifling, showing pitting throughout. Antique., s/n 392xx |
