| 22 Short; poor bore, fair grips, 3 3/16'' barrel, Manufactured circa 1857-1860. 1st issue variant. 7-shot cylinder with barely visible patent date. Marked on top of the barrel with the S&W address in a single line. Very little remaining finish with scratches and dings on the metal. Handmade replacement wood grips. Good barrel hinge. The action does not function well. Surface spotting on the barrel. SOLD AS IS needing work. Antique, s/n 764xx |
