| 8x57mm; 80% blue, fair bore, fair stock, 29'' barrel, Spandau manufacture, dated 1891. S stamped chamber. Non-matching. Original sling and cleaning rod. Imperial proofing, faint on the stock. Cancelled unit mark on lower band, upper band unit marked "22.R.6.209". Patina/blue mix metal finish. Stock has many dings and dents with a smll wood patch repair across the top of the wrist behind the receiver, no visible crack. Bores rifling is strong, has light pitting throughout.
