| 40 caliber; 99% blue, Excellent + bore, Near mint grips, 3.74'' barrel, The Sphinx 2000 series is based on the Czech CZ-75 pistol. Improvements to the CZ design include a firing pin safety and slightly different barrel/slide locking system. Sphinx pistols are made in a wide variety of models and modifications, suitable for self-defense, police duty, and practical shooting under IPSC and IDPA rules. The Sphinx 2000 is a short recoil operated, locked breech pistol. The barrel is operated using a Browning cam system, and is locked to the slide by a single lug, via a large ejection port. Most 2000 models feature a Double Action (DA/SA) trigger with external hammer. This pistol was made in Switzerland. In Like new condition. Only fired several times. Comes in the original box and has an extra magazine., s/n AS077xx |
