| 50-60-450 RF; fair bore, fair stock, 35.5'' barrel, Manufactured at the Springfield Armory c.1865. 1864 dated lockplate. Spotty light patina with rusting and some pitting, especially on the buttplate. Walnut stock has a stable repair to a break around the wrist. Wood is dark with oil patina buildup. Fixed front sight. Foldiing rear slight leaf. Missing the cleaning rod. Includes a US marked bayonet in fair condition, rusting and pitting overall. Mechanically the lock needs some attention, action is stiff and the hammer drops slowly. Antique., s/n xxM |
