| 45-70 Govt; fair bore, good stock, 32.5'' barrel, Patina metal with rust spotting. Walnut stock with faint inspector cartouche, date appears to be 1883. Strong script circle P firing proof on the bottom of the grip. Proper slotted cleaning rod. Small crack in the stock on the left side between the frame and rear lock screw. Action functions well. The bore has strong rifling however has fairly heavy rust throughout. Antique, s/n 2624xx |
