| 30-40 Krag; good bore, good stock, 30'' barrel, 1899 dated stock cartouche. Original leaher sling in good serviceable condition, rather scarce. Bores bright with strong rifling. Rifles a bit light on metal finish. Stock shows some handling and the handguard has a tiny crack on top ahead of the rear sight base. Strong circled script P firing proof on the bottom of the grip. Mechanically fine with the smooth Krag action., s/n 1869xx |
