| 11 MM; poor bore, fair stock, 28'' barrel, CHAEESPOT MLE 1866 MADE AT MAS ( ST. ETIENNE) IN 1874 IN FAIR OVERALL CONDITION. THE BLUING IS MOSTLY GONE. THE BORE IS CORRODED WITH HEAVILY WORN RIFLING. THE STOCK HAS NUMEROUS SMALL HOLES IN BOTH SIDE OF THE BUTT WITH A SLIVER OUT OF THE LEFT SIDE BEHIND THE REAR BAND. THE BANS ARE BRASS. |
