| 22 LR; good bore, fair grips, 4.9'' barrel, Do not know if this is a regulation conversion or a privately done conversion, the quality of the conversion is very well done. Military revolver dated 1884. Barrel has a 22 sleeve installed which extends to the shortened original cylinder, which has the chambers sleeved to 22 caliber. The ejector and its housing have been removed from the right side of the frame. Numbers are matching even on the screws. Walnut grips are worn. Metal has turned light patina. Traces of blued finish. Mechanically in fine condition. Comes with a contemporary Buchiemer leather belt holster. Antique., s/n J94xx |
