| 38 Special; 97% blue, excellent bore, very good grips, 6'' barrel, SMITH & WESSON MODEL 14-2 TARGET MASTERPIECE CHAMBERED IN 38 SPECIAL CALIBER MADE IN 1966 IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THE REVOLVER HAS THE 3Ts (TARGET TRIGGER,HAMMER AND GRIPS). THE BLUING SHOWS VERY LIGHT WEAR AT THE LEFT BARREL AND THE SIDEPLATE SHOWS SOME VERY LIGHT SCRATCHES AT THE CYLINDER RETENTION SCREW WHICH ALSO HAS A DAB OF RESIDUAL RED PAINT FROM A RANGE INSPECTION. THE BORE IS MIRROR BRIGHT WITH EXCELLENT RIFLING. THE CHECKERED WALNUT TARGET GRIPS ARE VERY GOOD SHOWING VERY LIGHT WEAR. THE ACTION IS SMOOTH AND TIGHT AND IN SINGLE ACTION THE TIMING IS A LITTLE LATE ON TWO CHAMBERS. IMPORT MARKED., s/n K6675xx |
