| 22 LR CAL; 90% blue, very good bore, very good grips, 6'' barrel, Manfuactured circa 1955. Original blued finish, checkered walnut diamond grips with gold washed S&W medallions. 4 screw frame. Fixed front and full adjustable rear sights. Matching frame and crane numbers. Pinned barrel, recessed cylinder chambers. Grooved casehardened trigger with shoe attached. Checkered casehardened hammer. Metal finish shows some wear and handling, finish worn on the bottom of the trigger guard, turn line on the cylinder. Scattered minor surface spotting. The grips show handling as well with a gouge on the upper left grip. Mechanically fine with a fairly smooth action and good cyllnder lock. Our import mark., s/n K2895xx |
