| 7 X 57mm; 75% blue, very good bore, good stock, 17.75'' barrel, Carl Gustafs manufacture dated 1916. Original blue finish, mounted in a beechwood stock and handguard. Matching except the rear sight ladder and bolt. Brass disc and range plate present on the right side of the butt. Standard Swedish markings and crown proofs. Also has German proofing with a 1972 date and is marked on the left side of the receiver ring "HEGE 7X57". Import marked on the left side of the receiver. Consensus on these carbines chambered in 7mm Mauser is they were purchased as surplus by Interarms and re-chambered by Madsen in Denmark for possible sell to Honduras or El Salvador in South America.
