| 577 Cal; poor bore, good stock, 39'' barrel, Lock marked with the British Royal Crown at the rear, and below the bolster "1862/TOWER". British proofs over the left side of the barrel. Walnut stock. Ramrod appears to be the original. Missing the upper barrel band and upper sling swivel. Stock has no legible markings and appears to have been sanded long ago. Brass trigger guard and buttplate. Rest of metal has pitting with a large grind mark on the barrel in the area between the middle and where the upper band would be located. The nipple has been removed. The action is not working.
