| 30 CARBINE; excellent bore, very good stock, 18'' barrel, Underwood produced lined out receiver with the Winchester AW marking below the serial number on top of the receiver. This carbine has some post war features: Type III band J.M.Q. marked, stamped adjustable rear sight marked with the sheild/H, Underwood round bolt, walnut M2 stock and 2 rivet handguard both unmarked. The trigger housing is laminated Underwood with a Winchester hammer, push button safety and early magazine release. The slide is Winchester type I. Blue Sky import marked on the left side of the barrel. The metal finish shows wear and thinning overall. The wood has some minor handling marks. Complete with a post war web sling and oiler. Mechanically fine., s/n 64666xx |
