| 10.4mm; 60% blue, very good bore, excellent stock, 33'' barrel, SWISS VETTERLI MODEL 1871 INFANTRY RIFLE MADE AT "SOC.IND,SUISSE SYST.VETTERLIN", IN ANTIQUE FINE CONDITION WITH A NON MATCHING BOLT. THE BLUING IS HEAVILY WORN ON THE RECEIVER ALONG WITH LIGHT DULLING ON THE BARREL. THE BORE IS MIRROR BRIGHT WITH LIGHTLY WORN VERY GOOD RIFLING. THE SMOOTH WALNUT BUTTSTOCK IS SOLID SHOWING A FEW LIGHT DINGS AND SCRATCHES. THE CHECKERED FOREARM IS EXCELLENT SHOWING LIGHT HANDLING MARKS THE ACTION IS SMOOTH AND FUNCTIONS PROPERLY. THE CLEANING ROD IS MISSING. |
