| 12 Gauge; fair bore, good stock, 28 7/8'' barrel, Manufactured in Belgium circa 1880. Browned damascus steel barrels, casehardened frame and lockplates, walnut stock with checkered wrist straight grip. Platinum floral leaf and vine inlay on frame and lockplates. 2 1/2 inch chambers, barrels shortened to length with open chokes. Light patina metal. Actions function fine and barrel lockup is good. Underlever is loose. Upper sling swivle missing the screw, held with wire. The right barrel has a bulge about 5 inches from the muzzle. Bores have rust and some pitting. Antique, s/n 434xx |
