| 7.62x45mm; fair bore, fair stock, 20.75'' barrel, Manufactured in 1954. Mixed phosphate finish. Stock and handguard painted in black krinkle coating. CAI import marked on the end of the barrel. Consignor notes state this rifle was used as a background gun in one of the Planet of the Apes movies, however there is no proof or paperwork, just the story. Recoil spring seems weak.
