| .22SHORT; fair bore, good stock, 23'' barrel, ANTIQUE rifle in Antique very good condition, all mechanicals function just fine, and it will shoot…BUT it is offered by us as a non-shooter. Our research indicates that modern ammunition, not even CB caps should be fired in this rifle. These were made and sold as a rifle often used like a parlor rifle and/or just a inexpensive rifle for casual use. There is a unique eye appeal to these and this one is a good example of early 22 rifles, metals are turning a little plum brown and with a solid stock, fancy game scene on the buttplate. |
