Description:
32 ACP; 80% blue, good bore, good grips, 3.25'' barrel, This is a Warner Arms Corporation “The Infallible” model semi-automatic pistol in 32 ACP. The Warner Arms Corp merged and became Davis-Warner Arms Co. In 1919 operations ceased and pistols manufactured by Davis-Warner were called “Infallible” without “The”. Though never popular, the pistol is becoming a valued collector’s item. This is a first model pre-merger manufactured from 1914 to 1916 and has good “WAC Blocks the Sear” embossed logo. The left grip has a missing piece of the upper left corner. The Infallible pistol was also an American Military pre-WWI and WWI issue pistol. Unusual design by Andrew Fyrberg of Worcester, Mass., who sold his patents to the Warner Arms Corp. of New York City, NY. Marked on the side, “The Infallible Warner Arms Corporation Norwich, Ct. U.S.A”. Serial Number of 6973. This has a 3 ¼ inch solid rib barrel. The metal finish has scattered spotting and patina., s/n 69xx
