Matching serial numbers on the frame and cylinder. Mis-matched barrel with Israeli markings. Stamped on top of the barrel strap "WEBLEY & SCOTT LTD / MADE IN ENGLAND". No import markings found. Mechanically fine in double action. Cylinder out of time in single action. Tight barrel and cylinder lock up. Finish shows wear and handling. British export markings located on the left side of the barrel lug., s/n 828xx |
