| 22 LONG RIFLE; 90% blue, very good bore, fair stock, 23'' barrel, Manufactured in 1937. Blued finish, walnut stock. Buttstock appears to be a replacement, checkered grip. Barrel sights removed. Receiver and barrel have been drilled and tapped for dovetailed bases. A Nikko Stirling Special 4x32 scope is mounted. Pointer/crosshair reticle with good optics. Top of barrel chamber has two drilled and tapped holes. The rear top receiver has a dovetail cut. Metal shows some finish wear and light rust spotting. The buttstock is loose with a crack on the left side of the grip and behind the receiver tang. Large chip at the toe. British commercial proofing. Import marked., s/n 227xx |
