| 30-30 Winchester; 98% blue, 26'' barrel, 1968 Buffalo Bill Rifle commemorative. Blued finish full octagon barrel with beaded fixed front sight and buckhorn rear sight. Plain walnut stock with crescent butt and varnish finish. Saddle ring on left side of frame. Buffalo Bill Cody medallion inset on right side of buttstock. Upper tang marked with highlighted "W.J. Cody Chief of Scouts" and on the right side of the barrel "Buffalo Bill Commemorative". In box with papers and outer sleeve. The box is not numbered to the rifle. The rifle appears unfired, however, there are tiny nicks in the finish on the right side of the receiver and on the left along the edge with the stock is some corrosion. There is also some minor spotting on the magazine tube. The stock has a few rubs in the finish from box storage and handling. The cardboard sleeve is in poor condition. Torn at both ends and the seem beginning to come loose., s/n WC328xx |
