ACHERON HEXALUG MÜNDUNGSBREMSE .308 Win. Wirkungsvolle Mündungsbremse mit integrierter HexaLug-Schnittstelle. Kompatibel mit allen Schalldämpfern im Kaliber 7.62 mm mit HexaLug-Schnittstelle. Durch die Abwärtskompatibilität von HexaLug ist die Montage eines Schalldämpfers mit kleinerem Kaliber nicht möglich. So kann kein Schalldämpfer im Kaliber 5.56 mm versehentlich auf eine Mündungsbremse im Kaliber 7.62 mm montiert werden. Wird eine Waffe hauptsächlich oder ausschliesslich mit Schalldämpfer verwendet, sollte eine Mündungsbremse einem Feuerscheindämpfer vorgezogen werden. Die drei Kammern der Mündungsbremse leiten heisse Pulvergase zur Seite ab, was zu einer höheren Lebensdauer des Schalldämpfers führt. Wird die Waffe auch ohne Schalldämpfer eingesetzt, ist die erhöhte Lärmentwicklung durch den seitlichen Gasaustritt zu beachten. Besonders für nebenstehende Personen seitlich des Schützen ist die Lärmbelastung deutlich höher als bei Verwendung unseres HexaLug Feuerscheindämpfers. Hinweise zur Auswahl der richtigen Gewindegrösse: 5/8? - 24 UNEF Standardgewinde bei fast allen amerikanischen Waffen im Kaliber 7.62 mm M14 x 1 Passend für die Sturmgewehre auf Basis des tschechischen vz.58, teilweise auch auf Jagdwaffen zu finden. Passt nicht auf AK47/AKM. M14 x 1L Passend für AK47/AKM. Passt nicht auf AK-Varianten mit dem M24 x 1.5 Gewinde (AK-103, AK-104, etc.). M15 x 1 Passend für Haenel CR300 und CR308 sowie viele andere Waffen. Nicht geeignet für HK MR308, HK G3, etc. M15 x 1 HK Spezialversion für HK MR308, die den zylindrischen Abschnitt zwischen dem Mündungsgewinde und der Schulter abdeckt.
