Die P320-XTEN ist standardmäßig mit einem 5-Zoll-Blasenlauf, einem Xray3 Tag-/Nachtvisier und einem XSeries-Schlitten ausgestattet, der für Optiken mit Front- und Heckverzahnung geeignet ist. Für diejenigen, die noch mehr Präzision wünschen, ist jede P320-XTEN optic-ready und kompatibel mit der SIG SAUER ROMEO2 Reflexoptik, die für die Belastungen einer 10-mm-Patrone ausgelegt ist. Um den Rückstoß zu verringern, sorgt ein komplett neu gestaltetes XSeries-Polymer-Griffmodul für einen festen Griff und ein genopptes Finish und macht das Schießen bei jeder Art von Schießen komfortabel.
